Traders unite against site for Bumpkin
Andover Chambers of Trade has given its full backing to the opposition by its industrial group to the re-siting of the Country Bumpkin at Enham Arch.
The decision was made at a recent meeting attended by all three sections of the chamber –industrial, professional and retail.
But it has not been without problems - the professional group claim that the five days notice of the discussion was not long enough to notify their members and talk about their opinions.
Now the group is planning to hold its own meeting next week to talk about planned move of the Country Bumpkin.
